Job Description:
An Outside Services employee must be an outgoing individual with passion for the game of golf and customer service.
Duties include assisting and preparing the Members' and Guests' golf bags ready for play, having placed bags either on a golf cart or have them available for carrying.
Ensuring golf carts are clean, well maintained, stocked with score cards, pencils and in staging area.
Responsible for cleaning members' clubs and golf cart after play and placing back into storage.
Also responsible for the setup and breakdown of the driving range, maintaining the look of the range, as well as ensuring there are enough available golf balls throughout the day as well as the next day.
Job Requirements:

- Perform in a manner that demonstrates the philosophies of exceptional service.
- Meet and greet by name members and guests who will be playing golf.
- Assist members and guests by unloading golf clubs from their vehicles and placing them on the golf cart they will be using for play.
- Maintain storage areas neat and clean and free of debris.
- Pulls members' clubs from storage and places them on carts or on a bag rack - Cleans golf carts after use and returns them to cart barn.
- Cleans golf clubs after use and returns them to storage or to the member/guest.
- Assists Golf Professionals and shop staff with other projects as necessary.
- Assist member/guest with cleaning and transportation of clubs to load in member/guest vehicles.
- Set up and breakdown range, ensure there are plenty of golf balls and the range is kept clean all day.
